- Shibu Onsen Koishiya Ryokan
- Koishiya Ryokan is a ryokan built by craftsmen in the early Showa period in Shibu Onsen, which boasts a history of 1300 years. It closed down with regret, but in order to pass on its splendor to future generations, it was reopened in August 2015. The rooms are traditional Japanese-style, but it has been reborn as a comfortable, affordable ryokan in line with modern travel styles. There is also a cafe bar that can be used by non-guests. Breakfast includes specially selected coffee and sandwiches, and dinner includes snacks, meat dishes, pasta, and more, along with wine from Nagano Prefecture.

[Train] 50 minutes from Nagano Station to Yudanaka Station on the Nagano Electric Railway Limited Express. A local bus is available from the station. A shuttle service to Yudanaka Station is available between 15:00 and 17:30 (advance reservation required). [Car] 25 minutes from Shinshu-Nakano IC on the Nagano Expressway. The hotel does not have a parking lot. You can use the nearby public parking lot (800 yen per day). *The parking lot is open from 7:00 to 19:00. Please let the hotel know in advance if you plan to arrive or depart outside of the above times.
